This use it or lose it is from back in May but I thought it might be interesting to post it anyway.
After the success of my first shadow challenge, I was really keen to keep going. My MAC palette is kind of a cheat because I know there are many combinations that I’m happy to wear but it still feels restrictive to limit myself to just one set of shadows.
* Girlie on the inner lid, Haux on the outer lid, Malt in the crease, Smut on the lower lashline and Blackberry on the upper lashline
* Satin Taupe on the lid blended into the crease (clearly a day when I was short on time)
* Satin Taupe on the lid, Wedge in the crease, Smut on the lashline
* Patina on the lid with Wedge in the crease
* Greensmoke concentrated at the lashline on the lid blended into Sumptuous Olive and then Wedge blended out through the crease
* Greensmoke on the lid, Wedge in the crease, Blanc Type on the browbone and a random black liner smudged along the lashline for some smokey goodness.
Nice safe colour combos but a neutral look is what I prefer and what I think suits me best. There are days I kinda wish I had gotten into makeup back in my 20's when I had more of an excuse to wear loud and proud crazy colours but if I'm honest I still would have gravitated towards these shades.
